What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal and all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system. We transit your credit card securely for your protection and we do not store your credit card information. 

SHIPPING

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Items are imported, therefore standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 2-4 weeks to arrive. 

Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left the facility.

How much does shipping cost?
It depends on the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart and press the “update total” button.

Do you ship internationally?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us at shop@thesassynation.com for further information. 

All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.

Can I cancel/modify my order?
You can modify/cancel your order 24 hours after placing it. After that we immediately begin processing your order. Please contact us at shop@thesassynation.com for any questions regarding your order.
